In order to get the full experience of Mexican Hot Chocolate, you need chocolate made in Oaxaca, froth, and mix with a traditional molinillo, and sip out of a clay Barro cup. These handmade ceramic mugs are simple in design, with a lovely glaze coating the inside and lip of each cup to help mitigate condensation. Each mug has been crafted by hand in Mexico, meaning the shape, proportion, and glaze will vary, making each one uniquely beautiful. The clay is acquired from local sources, and traditional tools are used to carry on the clay-throwing techniques of generations before. Thanks to the interior glaze, these mugs are perfect for keeping your iced coffee cold in the morning and keeping your hot chocolate cozy and warm in the evening.
